COLORS

Put this life on this night, could you spend it asleep ?
no, you could not dream. Could you maybe turn off a light
just to turn it on when it could be late ?
it will never be dark, learn to face this night up
there's so much to get there's your star somewhere
so if you should close your eyes … just smile before

what i'm trying to say's that this growing is not getting old
what i was trying to explain, now it's late, i know
but you're the one you were before
with all the colors you lost

now take this line as a joke where some succeeds and someone,
someone else just fails
tell me what means a lot when both of them refused soon
their own way to be free cause they could be me
but weakness bought all rich wisdom and
now send the poor to pay much for this very expensive sleep

what i'm trying to say's this growing is not getting old
what i was trying to explain, now it's late, i know
but you're the one you were before
with all the colors you lost
and all that you never get to be alright
or just to feel proud
cause there must be a way to hold on
faithful to the promise made to all the colors you lost.
They are something you know, they are what you created
they are something you are, somehow and anyway
they are something you love and they feel the same
